Now in its 8th year, the 2016 Future of Wireless International Conference will turn its attention to the boardroom and explore how industry leaders are planning to transform and build new business models to harness a world with ubiquitous wireless. The conference will focus on how wireless technology is pushing the boundaries across a number of industry segments.
Running alongside London’s showcase Tech Week event on 21 and 22 June, the conference focusing on ‘The Future Connected World’, will bring together over 400 entrepreneurs and engineers from around the world, together with C suite level decision makers to share their visions and enabling technologies for new markets, industries and business models. The event is organised by CW (Cambridge Wireless) – the leading international community for companies involved in the research, development and application of wireless and mobile technologies.
As well as keynote sessions, the conference will include vertical industry streams covering automotive, retail, industrial IoT, utilities, fintech, entertainment and healthcare. Other activities will include the Innovation Test Labs, live Smart Building sensor and data simulations, the entrepreneur and young leaders showcase, as well as international business matchmaking. The conference includes the ‘Cambridge Debate’ chaired by journalist and broadcaster Rory Cellan-Jones.
