Lisbon Green Hackathon 2016 is part of Green Hackathon international series of events. Organized by Oficina das Energias, a group of students from the Energy and Environment course at FCUL, the project is a hacker approach to sustainability. In an intensive 24 hours marathon, 10 teams will develop ideas for a greeener future, build a prototype and present it to a juri.

The target audience are the engineer students in Lisbon, but really anyone can join!

HOW

Registration through Eventbrite will open one month before and shall close 2 weeks prior the event. The event is free, but a deposit payment of 5€ is required by bank transfer or monetarily in FCUL, to be returned after the event.

You can sign up with a team or alone and with or without an idea.

There will be time for ideas pitching and teams formation for everyone. However you can sign up already with a 4 elements team if you prefer and you may also suggest an idea and prepare some material for the hacking. The limit is 40 participants or 10 teams. A selection process might take place according to the number of applications.
