Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is holding our first ever Hackathon event. The focus is on how we engage patients, service users and carers in improving the care we deliver.
Ideally you will be a patient or carer, a member of staff or a member of one of our partner organisations. We welcome members of local charities that support the ambition to improve mental health and learning disability experiences within the NHS.
You don’t need to be technical, you just need to have experience of our services and have the passion to support change positively. The event is free and is likely to be over subscribed so please book early!
There will be up to 10 challange areas we are looking at based on what our patients, staff and carers have already told us. The ambition is to work collaboratively to develop solutions on the day that can be trialled and evaluated. You will be provided with all the information on the day.
Refreshments will be provided, including a free lunch. We will also be paying service user and carer attendees for their time and travel.
The venue is located near Brighton train station and there are numerous car parks close by, but the cheapest one is the train station car park.
